There is a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in.
— Leonard Cohen
What therapy is like with me...
Therapy with me begins with getting to know you — your world, your experiences, and what has brought you here. We work at a pace that suits you, paying attention to what feels manageable and what might need more care and time.
I offer a space that is calm, respectful, and collaborative. You won’t be rushed, analysed, or pushed into anything. My role isn’t to fix you, but to support you in understanding yourself more fully and meeting your experience with curiosity and compassion.
Our work together is mainly through conversation and reflection. At times, and only if it feels helpful, I may suggest gentle creative or experiential ways of working, such as using imagery or exploring different parts of yourself. These are always optional, and we decide together what feels right.
I am an artist and I have lived experience of ADHD and a deep sensitivity to difference, which shapes how I work. I bring curiosity and empathy to my clients and believe that pain and suffering brings with it the emergence of something new and beautiful.
I understand how important it is to feel safe, understood, and not judged. My aim is to offer a space where you don’t need to mask or perform, and where all parts of you are welcome.

I work with people navigating...
Anxiety or Overthinking
You may find it hard to relax, switch off, or trust in the flow of life. Therapy can offer space to understand what’s underneath the anxiety, and gently explore new ways of being.
Low Self-Worth or Inner Criticism
That harsh inner voice telling you you’re not enough can be exhausting. Together, we can explore where these beliefs came from and begin to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Loss and Grief
Whether you’re grieving a bereavement, the end of a relationship, or a life you thought you’d have — loss can shake our foundations. I offer a space where your grief can be seen, felt, and honoured.
Depression or Emptiness
You might feel stuck, flat, or unsure of your purpose. We can begin to understand what’s weighing you down — and slowly reconnect you with your own vitality and meaning.
Identity Questions
You may be wondering “Who am I now?” or “What do I really want?” This can be a powerful and sometimes disorienting part of growth. I support people through these transitions with care and curiosity.
Addiction or Self-Soothing Patterns
If you’re using substances, work, food, or relationships to cope, it can help to look at what’s really being managed underneath. Therapy can support you in finding safer, more nourishing ways to regulate.
Relationship Struggles
You might be feeling isolated, misunderstood, or caught in repeated patterns. Therapy can help you explore how you relate to others — and how you want to.
Life Transitions
Big changes like career shifts, becoming a parent, relocation, or spiritual questioning can unsettle our sense of self. I offer space to process, integrate, and move forward with intention.
